The 7-Minute Muscle program was produced by Jon Benson and its main principle is that time is money. Specifically, the program is geared toward achieving maximum results in a minimum amount of time spent getting them.  Thousands of other fitness programs guarantee similar results, but they also require you consuming 8-10 meals per day as well as spending a ridiculous amount of time in the gym.  Most people who work full time and have a family do not have this kind of time available to implement such a program.  This program was produced for people who want the muscle but don’t necessarily have the time.
A lot of success in life comes from having the proper mindset.  One of things that the 7 Minute Muscle program does is dispel many myths that are popular in fitness circles that come from so called experts and guru’s.  Some of these myths include:
-    You must spend 10 or more hours per week working out
-    You need to consume upwards of 10 meals per day
-    You need to spend hundreds of dollars per months in supplements
-    You need to perform a very specific number of reps and sets for each muscle group
And many many more.

Despite the great attributes of this program, we did find a couple of faults.  In order to properly implement this program you will still have to spend money on a gym membership.  Maybe you already have one, but if you don’t you will have to lay out for one.  Additionally, the price tag of $77 might put some people off, though when compared to the cost of a personal trainer; it’s still an awesome bargain.

These are just minor faults and we don’t believe them to be deal breakers.

Bottom line: A sound program that delivers exactly what it claims.
